LRU Columbia, SC Groundbreaking

Future site of a 25,000 SF two story building for Lenoir Rhyne University in Columbia, SC.  The first floor will be used for an Occupational Therapy Graduate Study program.  The second floor will be left in "shell condition" for future use.  The building structure is structrual steel with metal stud framing and multiple types of facade to incorporate some of the existing surrounding architecture.  The storm water retention system will be an underground system.
