New construction of 23,880 SF distribution center in 2010 with dock, warehouse, service area, 40 doors, truck courtyards, and diesel fueling area. The building included 5,000 SF offices, conference, dispatch, check-in, break, restrooms, storage, equipment, and electrical rooms. In 2017 an additional 20,440 SF was added to the existing facility for 27 new loading docks, two vehicle service bays, a break room pod with restrooms, and a storage room.
