Design build project is an industrial machinery sales and service center for Linder Industrial Machinery. The building includes space for offices, parts department and a large showroom with 30 foot ceilings. The remainder of the building is reserved for service operations consisting of ten service bays and a six chamber gravity filtered wash bay
