Interior renovation to an existing 2-story office building completed in three phases to allow part of the building to stay in operation at all times. Phase 1 included a medical clinic with exam rooms, offices, work areas for nurses, HR department with three offices and an open work area, the facility management group's six offices with an open office area for collaboration. Phase 2 included areas on the second floor for nine offices, the board room and a conference room, as well as an area for training and education with offices and a conference room on the first floor. Phase 3 renovated/altered an area on the second floor for 18 offices. The main reception and customer service areas, EHS and Engineering Departments were also included.
